OSARO Named “Best Place to Work” in San Francisco by Built In 2021 List

SAN FRANCISCO, CA (January 2, 2020) — OSARO, a rising global leader in the development and provision of advanced robotics automation, has been named by Built In as one of the “Best Places to Work” in San Francisco. The annual honor, in its third year, is awarded to companies in all stages of development and size, from startups to enterprises, in the eight largest tech markets in the United States.

“At OSARO, we’re bringing together the best and brightest minds in machine learning and robotics to create next-generation automation solutions. In addition to changing the world, we’re having a lot of fun,” said OSARO CTO Michael Kahane. “We are honored to be recognized by Built In for building our highly diverse team of experts from more than15 countries. With offices in San Francisco and Tokyo, we’ve collaborated to deploy solutions on four continents – and we are growing.”

The methodology used by Built In in determining winners for Best Places to Work is based on an algorithm, using company data about compensation, benefits and cultural programs. This year’s program weighted criteria more heavily on remote opportunities and programs for diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI). Rank is determined by combining a company’s score in each category.

“These companies raise the bar for cultural excellence and the ability to adapt to meet changing needs of employees,” says Sheridan Orr, Chief Marketing Officer, Built In. “The 2021 winners show a commitment not just to creating meaningful cultures but to delivering talent needs as they change in a dynamic landscape. We’re thrilled to extend our congratulations to the winners.”
